Gina is the CEO of Luxe Care Collections Australia Pty Ltd and the CEO and Co-Founder of Xponent Australia Pty Ltd.
Dedicated, results-driven and a motivated person, who likes to work with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. An accomplished professional with experience in business building and business management for many years with track records in cost saving strategies to create value to the organization. She Implements strategic measures to improve business productivity and performance that impacts the company’s bottom line.

Gina has completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the Far Eastern University, Manila (FEU), Philippines. She has taken Business Management and post graduate courses at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australian Institute of Management in Australia (AIM) and University of Queensland (UQ).
During her very first job in the Philippines, Gina was selected as one of the 12 Customer Relations Models nationwide of a popular Bank in the Philippines. At a young age, she was an investment Consultant trading in Future commodities in Gold, Rubber and Sugar in the Hongkong Stock Exchange.
In Australia, she won one of the prestigious awards, the Finalist and the Winner of the Queensland Government’s 2007 Emerging Exporter of the Year Award for Logan and Redlands Regions, with 150+ competitors from different Australian industries. Gina is a business entrepreneur who owns her first business in Australia in 2002. In the past, she handles few companies from start ups to then become multi million dollar companies.
Before joining the Oil and Gas Industry, she was a successful Contract Manufacturing Manager and Brand Manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The project involved managing the biggest grocery channels with 90% market share in Australia as Woolworths & Coles with a minimum of 800+ stores for each channels Australia wide.
After the Pharmaceutical industry, Gina worked s a Well Cost Consultant for an Oil and Gas company in Papua New Guinea. She handles project budgets and costs at least 10 parallel projects at one time with minimum of US $6 Millon to $90+ Million per project. Gina is the Founding member and Board Treasurer of the Chamber of Commerce Australia Philippines Inc.
