First Mondays Networking Night

The Chamber’s business for 2007 kicked off when it held its “First Mondays” Networking Event on 5 February 2007. Some interesting topics were discussed however, what captured the audience’s interest was the story of a nurse and a metallurgist about their journey as new migrants under the skilled workers visa. Their respective stories shed some interesting perspective in directly finding employers to sponsor them as well as offered some learning for others. Sharing of information, learning, being aware and an opportunity to meet new people to expand one’s business and community contacts are being offered at the First Mondays Networking Event, an initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Australia Philippines Incorporated
